\nDue to road work restrictions\, we are unable to host our traditional parade route this year.
\n \;
\nInstead\, join us at the Verde Valley Fairgrounds\, 11am - 2pm\, where we will host an exciting stationary parade featuring your favorite floats displayed for the community to stroll around and visit up close\, this is your opportunity to admire the craftsmanship and meet the people behind the scenes.
\n \;
\nBusinesses and groups that prefer not to host a float are welcome to set up a table in the kids'\; park\, where we will also have food vendors and craft vendors. Yavapai Broadcasting will be there to help us show off the holiday spirit and serenade us with the sounds of Christmas. Santa and Mrs. Claus will make an appearance to take photos and visit with the community.

\nWe encourage everyone to dress warmly and bring their holiday spirit as we come together to celebrate the season in a new way. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing the joy of the holidays with our wonderful community!

Floats participating in the Stationary Parade will be eligible for awards based on the following categories. Winners will be announced in the Verde Independent and Cottonwood Journal the week following the parade.

Community Choice: The Community will be your judge! We will have a voting station at the event for the community to place their votes.

Judges Choice: Given to an entry the Judges really enjoyed?all entries are eligible for this award

Best in Show: Based on attentiveness to rules and theme\, great attitudes\, and Christmas Spirit!
