DESCRIPTION:Fishing * Fun * Food *\n\n Fun for Children of all ages! \n\n\nThis is a FREE event for our community made possible entirely by the donations of the generous businesses and non-profits in our valley. We are looking for sponsors and raffle prizes. This is an amazing event that more than 4\,000 local and out-of-area visitors attend. Sponsorship/ Donations help to promote your business and support Verde River Day!\n\n\n\nThis is a FREE EVENT. The general public does not need to register.\n\n\n\nRegistration is for sponsors or nonprofit exhibitors only. The goal of VERDE RIVER DAY is to foster a renewed sense of awareness\, interest and concern for the Verde River as a community resource that should be protected and used wisely. This is a free event for exhibitors\, and for that reason\, we only accept nonprofit exhibitors\, with a focus on conservation\, natural resources\, and education about our environment.\n\n\n\nThe festivities during Verde River Day celebrate our community's connection to the free-flowing Verde River\, a green\, life-giving jewel in Arizona's arid natural landscape.
