My purpose is simple: to help others reclaim their strength, rewrite their story, and step boldly into the life they were meant to live.
My name is Linn Montjoy. Born in South Mississippi, I’ve called Arizona home since moving after Hurricane Katrina in 2007. Living in Prescott and now Cottonwood has strengthened my appreciation for the resilience of Northern Arizona. I am passionate about helping people become their most authentic selves. I hold a Psychology degree with training in crisis intervention, group dynamics, recovery strategies, and motivational interviewing. I’m a certified Recovery Dynamics instructor completing the Robbins-Madanes Life Coaching program, with experience in youth treatment, outpatient mental health, substance use work, and launching Spectrum Healthcare’s Mobile Crisis Team. As someone in long-term recovery, I stay active in service and leadership.
