Memorial Day at Verde Valley Military Service Park

Memorial Day military observance will be at the Verde Valley Military Service Park, (6^th and Mingus Ave, behind the County building) on Saturday, May23.
 
Attending will be Mayor Cottonwood Ann Shaw,  Mayor Robin Prud’homme-Bauer Clarkdale, supervisor Check, Cottonwood council members Bob Marks, Felicia Coates, and Debbie Wilden. 
The National Anthem will be sung by Ellie Andre, a student at Camp Verde High School. Camp Verde Cavalry will deliver the Flag at 1300 (1:00 PM) to start the ceremony, There will be a  rifle salute and taps will be played.
 
Previously flown flags of the five branches of service and the large American flag are available for donations.
