Do you own a short-term rental listed on Airbnb, or are you planning to list one? Then this is the class for you! In this workshop, we'll discuss how best to work with the Airbnb algorithm to enhance guest appeal of your listing and boost it in search rankings, including tips for titles, photos, body content, requested amenities, and reviews. We'll also cover pricing strategies and other policy selection to ensure you're getting the bookings you expect for the best return on investment. Attendees will have the option to share their listing with the group for critique.
